Chances are you have a website that is not performing as well as you would like. You know that effective SEO is the answer, but you may not be sure where to begin.
There’s a reason why we’re called StraightForwardSEO
We seek to educate/guide you through a simple 1-2-3 process. This way you can make confident decisions about what is truly best for your website and ultimately your business as a whole. We strongly encourage you to read all of the information below. This way, you better understand SEO, and why we at StraightForwardSEO have the approach we do.
Step 1: Business Overview Session
How can we help your website if we don’t understand your business? It’s a simple question that many SEO companies overlook. The process does not take long to complete. A simple 30 minute phone call is all that is needed to determine your target market, who your ideal clients are and what you would like more of in your business.

Step 2: Keyword Research Session
With the basic information in-hand from the business overview session we are then able to determine your best keywords (keywords are what people type into Google and other search engines to find your business). Not just your “best” keywords, but the most “valuable” keywords to help your business and website as a whole.
How you choose to structure your website with the keywords we provide is called, “On-page SEO”. This process simple and normally requires a few minor tweaks and additions. You may need to change a couple links around or even add a few of eye-catching articles to your site. If you are comfortable doing this then we move on to step 3. However if you need assistance with this process we most certainly will help.
Step 3: Drive Traffic to Your Site
By making sure the “On-page SEO” is complete, you ensure that search engines will value the information you have on your website. The next step is to start the “Off-page SEO” process. It is called “Off-page SEO” because 99% of the effort involved has to do with other websites linking back to yours.
It’s simple really: The more websites that link back to yours – the more search engine trust you build. The more Google and other search engines “trust” your site – the more you are rewarded with better rankings. This trust all comes from those “backlinks”.
Step three is all about purchasing backlinks. The more backlinks you create overtime, the higher and higher your website will continually raise in the search engines. That’s the whole purpose. The higher you rank in Google, the more people find your website.
